TNB is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic about the power of theatre to engage and strengthen communities.

We are looking for someone who can assist with expanding and teaching new outreach programs; travel provincially to promote TNB and our touring shows; assist with fundraising initiatives; build and explore new partnerships with like-minded organizations; assist with planning marketing and social events.

We need someone who communicates well, understands theatre and wants to help us expand our impact in New Brunswick. The Outreach Coordinator will work directly with TNB’s Marketing & Communications Director, with our Theatre School Director and the Artistic & Executive Director.

A driver’s license is considered necessary. Experience with producing and teaching theatre is considered a major asset. Experience organizing and promoting events is also a big asset.

We’re looking for someone who can thrive in an environment that is dynamic, flexible, eclectic and fast paced. Every day is different and we’re a flexible bunch. One day you may be working with children, the next you may be part of a talk back event with a professional playwright in another community, you may need to attend a ‘formal’ event after a day spent writing emails and doing paperwork in the office.

We envision this position as a full-time, seasonal position. However, in the interests of attracting the right candidate we will consider alternative arrangements. What matters most is that we find the right person and that they prioritize the demands of this position in their work life.

Theatre New Brunswick believes in equity, diversity & inclusion and strongly encourages submissions from artists of equity-seeking communities; these may include gender, age, race, sexuality, disability, neuro-diverse, and the intersections thereof.
