Set in the Sussex area in the 1880’s, The Dollar Woman introduces us to the world of pauper auctions, a system whereby each year the community’s poor were auctioned or “rented” to the lowest bidder.
With each part done in the style of a famous Broadway composer, this truly is a nod to the genre of musical theatre itself.
TNB Senior Musical Theatre students will cap a phenomenal 2011-2012 season with their presentation of the beloved fantasy adventure The Wizard of Oz.
