Attendance Policy
Students are required to attend all rehearsals. Students absent from rehearsal may be dismissed from the Theatre School without warning and without a refund. Exceptions are made under extremely rare circumstances including special family events (i.e. reunions) and select performances (i.e. Fredericton High School or Leo Hayes High School productions). Exceptions will not be made for sporting events, birthday parties, other rehearsals, etc. Permission will be granted at the discretion of the Theatre School Director. Parents and students are encouraged to communicate Theatre School program requirements to other activity leaders. Most programs require additional rehearsals as we approach performance dates.
Rehearsal Studio Location
Our Theatre New Brunswick Rehearsal Studio is a 2000 square-foot professional rehearsal facility located at 55 Whiting Road, Unit 31 (a 6 minute drive from downtown).
Directions:
-
Drive on the Lincoln Road as if you are heading to the airport.
-
Turn right on Wilsey Road after the Irving.
-
Turn right on Hilton Road.
-
Turn left on Whiting Road. We are located at 55 Whiting Road, Unit 31. Look for the Theatre New Brunswick van.
Tuition Payment
Full tuition payment is due upon registration. Due to limited enrolment, we do not accept down-payments. Students registering for programs that require an audition are required to pay one week after they are notified of audition results. Payment may be made in cash or by check or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will apply prior to the first day of the program, after which time no refunds will be given. In rare circumstances (serious illness or injury, death in the family, etc.), full or partial credit may be issued at the discretion of the Theatre School Director.
Bursaries
A limited number of Theatre New Brunswick Foundation bursaries are available for eligible students. To apply for our bursary program, please call the Theatre School Director at 460-1381.
