It’s 1956. When their grown children return home with far-out ideas, will the Fluck family be able to bridge the generation gap?

Beloved New Brunswick playwright Norm Foster gives us a comedic peek over the picket fence into Hilda’s Yard.  TNB Main Stage opens its season with the world premiere of Foster’s latest work with New Brunswick native Patricia Vanstone in the title role along with TNB audience favourites Sam Rosenthal (Skin Flick) and Gordon Gammie (The 39 Steps).

In 1982 a Fredericton radio host premiered
his first play on the TNB Main Stage. Thirty
years later he’s Canada’s most-produced
playwright. We couldn’t be more proud of
Norm and we’re thrilled to bring him home
with this tender family comedy. -Caleb
